Rentals are for any 6 hours (from 8am to 10pm). For events lasting longer than 6 hours, the all-day rate applies.
Take down and clean up must be complete by the end of your 6 hours, no exceptions.

Our lot will accommodate 12-15 cars. Street parking is also available.

A Washington Banquet permit is required to have alcohol at your event, no exceptions. It can be purchased online for $10.
Alcohol can not be sold.

Yes. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware, etc.
The stove and refrigerator need to be emptied and cleaned at the end of your event, if used.

If you need to cancel your event for any reason, notice of event cancellation must be received in writing via email to The Garage.
For cancellations more than 60 days before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the total booking cost plus your full security deposit.
For cancellations less than 60 days before the event, you will forfeit 100% of the total booking cost however you will be refunded your full security deposit.
In the unlikely instance The Garage cancels your event, 100% of your total booking cost plus your full security deposit will be refunded.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving written cancellation notice.

Text us when you arrive – we will greet you to the space.
We allow minimal custom decor. Nothing may be attached to the walls. There is one wall with metal art that can be used for hanging decor and/or banners.
All of the dish ware and utensils are in kitchen cupboard and are available for you to use. Glassware, serving platters, and two extra 9ft. farm tables & chairs are in storage closet.

Please return all furniture to its original placement.
Tables should be wiped down.
The first load of dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher and the rest left in the dish tubs.
Please don’t stack glassware to avoid breakage.
Trash/recycling should be taken outside.
Inside lights should be turned off, heaters/air units turned off, and all doors locked.

There are extra garbage bags under the kitchen counter.
For garbage overflow, please tie the garbage bags and place them in the black container outside the west-side door.
For recycle overflow, please put in garbage bags and set on the small deck outside the west-side door.

There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. No food or debris can be put in the kitchen sink. If a plumber is called, there will be an extra charge.

There is a railroad near the building and trains pass by occasionally. The building has double pane windows and doors. When shut, they will efficiently minimize the train noise and whistles.

Yes! The French doors open onto the spacious deck, which is very comfortable especially in summer.
There a two stand up propane heaters that can be used, as well as 8 Adirondack chairs, and a bean bag toss game.
The tall tables and rolling bar can be taken out on deck.
